Holyoke League of Arts & Crafts, Inc. 2011 88th Annual Art Exhibit

To be held at the:  Wistariahurst Museum, 238 Cabot Street, Holyoke

DATES: Entry fee and applications must be received no later than August 16th 2011.

Entry Fee: $25.00 ($20.00 is your membership for one year to the Holyoke Art League and the $5.00 is the entry fee.) Attached is an Art Exhibit Artist Contract that must be signed and returned along with entry form and entry fee.

Drop off artwork date:  Sunday August 28th between 12 noon and 4pm. At the Wistariahurst Museum.

Hanging and judging of artwork will take place on Tuesday August 30th from 10am ~5pm. Judging starts at 3pm(Awards judge to be announced on later date.) This will be a private judging.

The opening Reception: Saturday September 3rd from 2pm ~4pm. If bringing a dish (food) please let Tricia know what you are bringing so we can inform the Museum’s staff.

Take Down & pick up of artwork: Monday September 26th from 3pm ~6pm ONLY. There will be a $5.00 a day storage fee for works not picked up, and The Holyoke Art League and the Wistariahurst Museum will not be held liable for any damages while in transit, on display or in storage . If Artwork is not picked up after one month of being in storage the Holyoke Art League will consider the piece a donation . If you cannot make the date to pick up your work, please let Tricia Hennessey or Esthella  Bergeron know and we will make arrangements to have someone pick it up for you.

SALES: 20% of all sales, The Wistariahurst Museum receives 15% , the Holyoke Art League receives 5% of all sales made during this exhibit . If you feel that is not what you want then put NFS on your entry form (not for sale).
